Advice on the development of a Turkish third party access regime to facilitate Turkish liberalisation objectives and to accommodate market growth
Bord Gais Transmission
Project 3:
Support to the national Irish transmission company, in conjunction with ILEX, in relation to the North West pipeline in Northern Ireland, involving the commercial arrangements with shippers and between neighbouring transmission system operators.
Project 2:
Advice to the national Irish gas transmission company, in conjunction with ILEX, in the review and development of its commercial code of operations & responses to regulatory consultation papers
Project 1:
Advice on forecasting, allocation and reconciliation processes for non daily metered consumers with the aim to provide a means of estimating daily consumption and peak capacity requirements
European Buyer
Commercial and technical advice on the instances of hydrocarbon liquid overspill which occurred at the Bacton terminal in summer 2002 and which led to severe disruption to the operations of IUK and a Force Majeure claim.
Gastransport Services
Provided advice on the development of the commercial and regulatory regimes for BBL, the Balgzand - Bacton Interconnector Project
Distribution
Phoenix Gas (in conjunction with Energy Markets Ltd)
Project 3: Implementation Plan
Developed a system specification to enable the implementation of the demand forecasting, allocation and reconciliation processes for the new Distribution Code.
Project 2: Distribution Code
Developed the business rules for a Distribution Code for Northern Ireland. Drafted the contractual provisions of the Code for presentation to the Northern Ireland regulator.
Project 1: Demand Forecasting
Reviewed the medium and long term gas demand forecasts and methodology for Northern Ireland. Recommended changes to methodology to improve accuracy. Developed new demand forecasts and matched against gas supplies. The work was carried out to assist the formulation of a gas purchasing strategy.

A detailed review of demand profiling requirements to support the development of balancing arrangements under their Network Code.
Independent Gas Transporter (UK)
Advised on regulatory matters (including price control and tariffs), and reviewed and responded to Ofgem consultation papers

Project 2:
Advice on security of supply issues: review and critique of UK policy and practice and analysis of possible alternatives.
Project 1:
A review of Stogit's storage services (in conjunction with Gas Strategies). The advice included the definition of storage services, the alternatives for allocating scarce capacity, the principles for valuing interruptible capacity and a comparison of European tariffs.

Advice on due diligence to prepare a bid to acquire the Hornsea salt cavity facility.
