Keith Abraham

Keith has a wealth of experience in business planning, with particular emphasis on developing planning processes and director-level reporting systems to optimise cost control.

As a former senior manager in Transco, latterly as Head of Business Planning, Keith has been involved in all aspects of business planning - from involvement in strategy formulation and the development of business responses and solutions to the design and implementation of planning processes and reporting systems.

This role has also required deep involvement in regulatory affairs, notably on several price control submissions to regulators. Particular areas of expertise are cost base analysis, overhead control, productivity and benchmarking.

Keith has a successful track record in creating a range of key management processes to track implementation of organisational change and business initiatives to ensure cost reductions are on course for achievement.

His strengths were highly valued by Transco and Keith was responsible for setting up and managing Transco's response to the outcome of the last regulatory review. Keith developed a high level strategic process based on business-wide options for improving operating performance by 25%.

Keith holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.
